Hi Clark:

That's a very clean and solid boat you have, good luck cleaning her up and getting her out on the water!
If you have a chance take alook at my site: http://home.earthlink.net/~oldspiker

I have a 63 SeaCoaster also. My Dad bought it brand new.

Have fun with the restoration!

Thanks Andreas:

I gave Pete that number and he said he would mail me a cross section diagram with measurements to be sure. It would be nice if it worked!

Rubrail

At one time there was a place that supplied the rubrail for Thompsons, they advertised on this site. I have a 1963 SeaCoaster and would like to replace the white rubrail, also the stainless strip that's inside. Thanks

Filling irregular strakes

Hello: Next year I was thinking of repainting the white hull on my 1963 SeaCoaster. I repainted about 6 years ago, but this time I want to try something different. I noticed from the years a little wood chipping off that the edges of some of the strakes, especially right by the water line. I usually...

Cable Steering

All I know is I still use the original cable steering set that was original to the boat. It always works fine, no problems. Take a look at my site, I have a few pics of my 2003 Merc 4 stroke with the cable steering. http://www.home.earthlink.net/~oldspiker It's under the " New Memorys" lin...

After looking around at many marine sites I can't find any that are not vinyl ps. I would like to replace them with nail on plastic, the way they are now....
