Re: 1959 Off Shore

Hi Peter, What timing! I just painted my 50 hp Honda yesterday. Thank You to Andy B for the inspiration . The hard part is getting all the grease and oil off, and scuff sanding the nooks and crannies. I used Moeller brand spray paint made for boat motors. I used the 1964 to 1974 Johnson color. I use...

Re: Seat cushions

Thank You Dan & Andreas for your suggestions! I need to get the upholstery part going. Nothing makes spring come sooner than you like, than an unfinished winter boat project.

Seat cushions

Hi all,

I have been working on new seats for my 1963 Cruisers Inc. Anybody have a recommendation for an upholsterer in the Minneapolis area? How about a source for period vinyl?

Thank You

Re: Thompson Boat Rally

Received your confirmation letter in the mail today Andreas. This is our first trip to the rally. Our Cruisers Inc. is 50 this year, looking forward to the trip. Hope to see more than 14 boats. Come on guys, how about a rally for the rally.

Re: good grief - not again

Hi Andreas, Just looking at the photo's of your "new" boat. Makes me want to go looking.. ha ha. I have the same trailer for my 18' 1963 Cruisers. I did not think it was original, as I had not seen it before. What do you think of the limited support at the bow? I had been thinking about im...
