All good advise. I went without an found one problem. It was sunny and the windshield of the boat threw out a glare the size of a car. I was embarassd driving down the highway. Cover boat for travel or not?

They should explain that better on the can I think. I cut my first coat by 20 % and it laid well second coat cut by 10% and subsequent coats by need due to temp and whatnot. Thanks guys. I usually have them on but thought I'd see what it looks like withthem off. I use them a bit when I put the boat in and out of water. On my 40 HP Johnson I have a bar on the back that I was told was for handling the motor. Does it stay on, or do you take it off when motor is on boat? Or is it just preference..Dan

Well when I go out there is usually 3 adult and 3 kids. I was thinking just a bench maybe for them to sit on.
