Yar-Craft Boats has purchased the rights and molds of Thompson Marine Products as of 15 December 2005 (my birthday by gum!)! Apparently Yar-Craft only wanted the 24 ft. Fisherman model. Don't know what they intend to do with the remainder.
So. Thompson lives on!
Check out

According to the 1986 brochure of Thompson Boat Co. they had the following "Fisherman" models: 240L and 240LHT at 23'-4" centerline length; 210L and 210LHT at 20'-4" centerline length. I assume the "HT" means "Hard Top" I don't know what the "L" indicates.
