How ridgid should my boat be?

I have my boat sitting with one dolly under the keel in the front and a pair under the transom. If I lean on the bow of the boat, it twists quite a bit. The transom does not come off of the dollys in the back.

is this normal? Or do I have some structural problems going on here? It gives more than I would expect, however maybe that is why people say they ride so well.

Ill take a video of it with my camera tomorrow or the next day. I would say I can push on the topside of the bow (pushing it down) on one side and it will deflect a couple of inches. Very noticeably twisting the boat.

Cool - looking forward to it - I've always thought mine flexed alot as well, but in the water the ride is great
