THANKS!

Getting towards the home stretch. RAIN RAIN RAIN today and tomorrow. Does not make moving very fun.

Closing on the sale of my current house tomorrow morning. I MIGHT be able to close on the new place by the end of the week, if not early next week. So, maybe only a a few days or a week of homelessness!

Doesn't Texas need rain? Can I send you this deluge?

Please sent 4 or 5 inches.

Lake Houston is droping a foot a month, and it's only 10 or 12 feet average depth!

Down 18 inches from normal at present.

I can use all my lifts with it 4' down, the max the city will allow it to drop,at that point it become a very private lake, no one comes out.

In 24 hours I might have a home once again! Closing on my new place is tomorrow. Hopefully it will go smoothly. I have been living out of a suitcase at a friend's home for the past week. They are very gratious, but I am anxious to have my own place again!

arghhhhhhh......

Damn seller's agent forgot to cross some "t"s and dot some "i"s. Closing postponed to next week. Learned this at 16:30 yesterday. This is driving me nuts.

I am tired of living out of a suitcase at someone else's home.

I might go to Bob Peterson's AOMCI meet.

I completely forgot about Bob Peterson's outboard club meet last Saturday.

I cannot believe it, closing is today at 16:00. Me and my agent went "postal" on the seller's agent and title company this morning and that finally shook things loose.

Come on out to Minnesota and lend a hand to clean, paint and eventually move stuff into the new place! All starting Wednesday 11 May 2011.

I am home! Spent the first night at my new place last night - on a mattress on the living room floor. TONS of cleaning and painted required. All days yesterday spent doing those tasks. Might have my office painted today and one bathroom useable.

Exciting.

Furniture move-in will start on Saturday.

I promise to get working on Thompson Boat Rally plans soon.
