matching inside hull color

I am replacing some of the planks on my sea lancer with okume. Is there some way to match the varnished finish in side the hull to the old planks? Thanks, Jim

About the only thing you can do is experiment. The original ceiling was varnished only (no stain), but over time it yellows. Get some scrap Okume plywood and just start experiementing with different stain tones and varnish over them. Coat with two or three varnish layers. This might take many, many days and numerous samples.
