Types of wood and windshield question

I have varnished samples of Meranti lauan and Douglas fir plywood for replacement gunnels. The Meranti matches the rest of the topside. A 1960 ad says Douglas Fir was used in building. Am I correct that the hull was douglas fir and the mahoghany was used on the topsides?

Does anyone have a windshield for a 1960 Sea Coaster or dimensions, templates etc so that I can build a new windshield?

Douglas fir/larch plywood was utilized for hull planking. Philippine mahogany plywood was used for deck and other components. Solid Philippine mahogany lumber was used for windshield frame, transom, seats, etc...

Today's Meranti or Okume marine plywood closely matches the old Philippine mahogany.

Sorry, cannot help with windhsield dimensions.
