Finishing the outside

Well it has been slow going but I am about done with the interior of the boat. I have refinished the seats, seat supports and dashboards and have 6 coats of varnish on the inside after about 90% of the ribs were replaced, replaced the transom and the stringers. 2 more coats of varnish to follow.

I am going to start the finishing process on the outside of the hull.

I am planning to use System 3 epoxy fairing putty to fill screw holes, divots and smooth things out before I install the spray rails.

I treated the inside with CPES. Should that be done on the outside as well or go straight to the fairing putty?

Thanks

Steve

GAFF,

I would sugest the CPES before the putty.

Good Luck,
