Correct fasteners for 1962 Peshtigo Thompson

Post by LancerBoy »

OK folks, who has a 1962 Thompson of Peshtigo boat with ORIGINAL fasteners for attaching deck hardware???? Hardware items such as cleats and chocks and step pads and navigation lights.

I assume the screws are stainless steel and oval head. Are they straight slotted or Phillips? That is the question...

For a change I need YOUR help!!!

Good question, we will wait for someone to reply. But I'll bet dollors to donuts that back then they were chrome plated brass, oval head and slotted.

Greetings, I can't speak for the 1962 models but my original 1963 Thompson model had Philips head screws.
