I have also bent thinner wall steel tubing around an object to create a bend that I needed. If you know the bend radius you could also fab a wood block to bend the tubing around.

Good idea on the conduit bender Dan, I am sure that would work very well.

If you go to Flynn's they do the bows and the canvas if needed, but they would want the boat there for correct fit. If you have another set of bows they could use them for a pattern and they might not need the boat.I am not sure, but I think the beam (the widest point of the boat) will be more on a Sea Lancer than a Sea Coaster, so you would need the bows from the right boat.
