boat cover material

Part of the year I will be keeping a 1961 Sea Lancer in semi covered storage (roof and some sides of building or dock but not all sides like a garage). There are various boat cover materials that vary in breathability etc. What material is best for keeping debris out, protect the finish, and prevent any moisture buildup. I will be doing little trailering so highway aspects are lower priority. Bruce
