Looks great!

Good to see some Grady-White interest here!

Do the Grady White boats have a serial number or hull ID? If they do, I wonder if they can be deciphered?

May I ask what you did to prep the interior for varnishing? Did you use a stripper or just sand sand sand. My boats interior was painted and I'd rather have a varnished interior. If I am going to be taking it apart for bottom work this off season, I may as well do the interior as well. I am concerned about what strippers to use so as to not ruin to finish coats etc.

Thanks guys it is truly a labor of love doing the things that we do!! The boat is a 61 16-6 pamlico model..looks to have never been refinished...all wood was good and solid ..the decks needed replacing..in the process...only sand sand sand..no stripper as only the original finish was on the wood paint would require stripper sanding and maybe a light media blasting to fully remove. Originally it had only a box that was the size of a big battery box..the options were rear full width seat and folding back to back vinyl seats..my rear seat will have a folding back and removable cushions!
