Seat cushions repair.

Post by Dan Wolf »

My seat cusions are coming apart at the seams and I would like to get them redone. Has anyone used anyone in the chicagoland area that they have had good results with. Thanks for any input. Dan

Dan, I'm sending you a PM with some contact info that may lead to a good upholsterer.

Dan,

Do you know anyone that is into collecting antique and vintage cars or knows someone who is? These guys know who does good work and who does not in your area. That is what I did when getting ready to have the cushions for my sailboat redone. I asked a couple guys in my area that are into collection and restoring old cars and they steered me to a great guy, not cheap but did great work.

Hope that helps.

Phill,
You're thinking along the same lines as I did. I"m very active in the old car hobby and the private contact I sent to Dan is a friend of mine in Chicago who is active in that hobby and should know where to direct him.
