Quick Fix ??

Are the two boards running the same direction as the ribs some kind of quick fix or are they built that way from Cruisers Inc? I think it is a '57 Commander. Thanks Jim
I believe that they are supports for the floor. If you run a straight edge across the top of them it should come out even with the floor support stringers at the turn of the bilge
